Abstract Last years, due to the advent of more sophisticated tools for exploratory data analysis, data management, Machine Learning (ML) model training and model serving into production, the concept of MLOps has gained more popularity.

Abstract This work belongs to the neurodegenerative diseases research field, especially, the Alzheimer’s disease. It has been developed based on multiple previous researches and contributions made in this field, and mainly around the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) which pretends to developed biochemical biomarkers for the early detection and tracking of Alzheimer’s Disease; and the software called Clinica Software that aims to provide a solution that faces the enormous diversity among different techniques, measurements and validations when it comes to making comparisons between different approaches to get these biomarkers.
